Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure and maintain firewall, endpoint and network security platforms for enterprise and public sector clients
- Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents and produce remediation reports
- Support security assessments, hardening reviews and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Degree or higher diploma in Information Security, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Three or more years of hands-on experience with firewall and endpoint security products
- Industry certification such as NSE, CISSP or CEH is an advantage
- Good command of English and Cantonese
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and commission LAN, WAN and wireless networks across client sites
- Troubleshoot network faults and coordinate with vendors on escalations
- Prepare configuration documentation and as-built records
Requirements
- Degree or higher diploma in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline
- Experience with enterprise routing, switching and wireless platforms
- CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Attend client sites for installation, preventive maintenance and fault rectification
- Log service calls and follow through to closure within agreed service levels
- Support project teams during system rollout and acceptance testing
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, IT or a related discipline
- Willing to work shifts and attend site visits across Hong Kong
- Fresh graduates with relevant training will also be considered
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver system integration projects from design through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal engineering resources
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports and submission documents
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Experience delivering infrastructure or multimedia system projects
- Strong coordination and written reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Carry out cabling, equipment installation and on-site testing works
- Assist engineers during commissioning and system verification
- Maintain tools, spare parts and site records
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Electronic, Electrical or Telecommunications trades
- Holder of a valid Green Card or equivalent site safety training
- Able to work outside office hours when required
